Welcome to Faith in God & Fresh Coffee,
My name is Stacy and I am a mother of 2 very spirited daughters, that keep me on my toes. My oldest is 6 yrs and my youngest is 4 yrs. Different and day and night, but have a wonderful sisterly bond. Also, I have a best friend that has been with me for 17 years and I have been lucky enough to be his wife of 10 years & I am also a God fearing Christian. My mission is to help others with what I can, pray for what I can't and be here if someone needs either. Not so long ago, I needed some help, and I couldn't really talk about things to others around me. I wanted someone who didn't know who I was or what it was about, an outside view with help. So, finally I got my help and then I got the urge to want to help others in the same way.
This blog was set up to help other mom's along life's journey and encourage them along the way. When I decided to set this page up it was more like a test run on Facebook. I want to help encourage other mother's when life gets us down. Between being a wife, mother, caregiver, taxi cab, christian, and all the other list of stuff we have on a daily basis. I have found myself needing a little adult one on one. A bible study I thought, a get a way for moms, or maybe just a rant page sometimes. LOL But, I have looked more into this over a period of time with it being on Facebook, and I have realized sometimes you just need a place to come and ask questions and not be judged on what you think or why. Just some good down to earth mom advice. So here we are with a new blog and new ideas and in hope to help encourage, give strength, lend a helping hand, or just give some extra advice when needed. So pull up a seat, take a load off, and sip your coffee while reading the daily scriptures and chime in to help another mom out.
Also, I am not a professional writer. So as you read my journal entries remember I am a mom and sometimes I get busy and don't make a lot of sense. So bear with me and ask questions. They are always welcome.
